MADISONVILLE, Ky. (July 3, 2024) – CSX Railroad plans to close the Kentucky 138 railroad crossing in the city of Slaughters on July 16 to conduct maintenance to its tracks.
The closure will range between 24 and 48 hours depending on weather, rail traffic and other factors.
There will be a marked detour in place utilizing Kentucky 138 west, Kentucky 132 and Kentucky 494 to U.S. 41 south of Sebree.
