HENDERSON, KY, February 21, 2025– The City of Henderson is informing utility customers of significant delays being experienced by those who receive their City utility bill through the mail.
The City understands the inconvenience and frustration this has caused residents and seeks to assure them immediate action is being taken to support those affected. As a result of the delays, customers who are unable to pay their utility bill by the due date because of a postal service delay are asked to call the City. City staff will work with affected customers to waive any applicable late fees.
