Vivian Guffey Jones
Vivian Guffey Jones, age 83, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 11:25 a.m. on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Redbanks Nursing Home.
Vivian worked as an administrative secretary for several local businesses and most recently worked at Henderson Community College before retiring. She enjoyed working in her garden and all types of flowers. Vivian loved her cocker spaniel Freckles, bargain shopping, and going on trips with her husband.
Vivian was preceded in death by her parents William and Josephine Guffey, husband Terry Jones, and her son Brett Jones.
She is survived by her daughter Kim Mays (Brad) of Henderson, KY; brother Charles Guffey (Kathy) of Houston, TX; grandchildren: Blain Alexander, Troy Alexander, Paige Jones, and Tyler Jones; 3 great-grandchildren; and her niece and nephew.
Relatives and friends are invited to Vivian’s Life Celebration from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home in Henderson, KY.
