Vehicles must have one or more head lamps, tail lamps, brake lamps, and a further tail lamp placed to illuminate the registration plate. The vehicle must have one or more red reflectors on the rear as well as red or amber electric signals.
Vehicles must be equipped with a braking system other than the parking brake.

- An illuminated speedometer
- A roll bar or roll cage
