HENDERSON, KY, November 3, 2025– The Henderson Fire Department is investigating a fatal structure fire that occurred over the weekend on Millcreek Drive.
The Henderson Fire Department was dispatched at 11:57 p.m. Sunday to a reported structure fire in the 900 block of Millcreek Drive.
Upon arrival, firefighters encountered a large fire throughout the residence.
Three occupants were confirmed to have been inside the home at the time of the incident. Two occupants were able to evacuate, with one receiving assistance from the Henderson Police Department.
Both individuals were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Fire crews searched the home’s interior for the third occupant while working to bring the fire under control.
The individual was located inside the residence and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Henderson County Coroner’s Office responded and assisted with the victim.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
