HENDERSON, Ky. – Henderson Community College will celebrate student success during five events Friday, May 8, all on HCC’s campus.
Medical Laboratory Technician Pinning Ceremony – 11 a.m., Sullivan Technology Center multipurpose room
Nursing Pinning Ceremony – Noon, Preston Arts Center
Medical Assisting Pinning Ceremony – 1:15 p.m., Sullivan Technology Center multipurpose room
Spring Commencement Ceremonies
Allied Health Division – 4:30 p.m., Preston Arts Center
Science & Technology Division, as well as the Humanities, Social Sciences & Mathematics Division – 7 p.m., Preston Arts Center
HCC will be awarding 240 credentials, including 25 Associate in Arts degrees, 23 Associate in Science degrees, 73 Associate in Applied Science degrees, and 119 certificates.
“Graduation is a big milestone in our students’ lives,” said Student Records Specialist Kaitlin Knecht. “Our students worked tirelessly to achieve their goals, and these events give everyone the opportunity to celebrate our students and their accomplishments. All of us here at HCC are incredibly proud of our students and their achievements, and we look forward to seeing their contributions to our community with the knowledge and skills gained during their time at HCC.”
The commencement ceremonies at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. will be streamed live on the HCC Facebook page.
