Union County, Ky. (August 24, 2026) – Kentucky State Police has arrested a second juvenile in connection with the death of a Union County man.
The juvenile was charged with second-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence in relation to the case on Monday. The charge is in connection with the death of Jami M. Fletcher, 25.
This is the second juvenile to be charged in this case. The first was charged with second-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence on Friday.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office contacted KSP on Aug. 17th about a death investigation at 115 Road 15 in Morganfield.
Fletcher was located deceased at the scene by arriving officers. The initial investigation by Kentucky State Police Post 16 indicated foul play.
