Owensboro, Ky. – An Owensboro man has been arrested in connection with online sex crimes.
Kentucky State Police Post 16 Henderson arrested Justin D. Thomas, 34, of Owensboro, and charged him with “possession of matter sex performance by minor (O/12 < 18) and proc or prom use of minor by electronic means” on Friday.
Thomas was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. He is being held on a $100,000 full cash bond.
Kentucky State Police Detective Shaun Schroader is leading this ongoing investigation.
