  Henderson County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Union County in northwestern Kentucky...

* Until 1015 AM CST.

* At 804 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rounds of
  heavy rain are expected over the next 1 to 2 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
