HENDERSON, KY, – Trash collection in the City of Henderson will be operating on a different schedule the week of the Labor Day holiday.
City employees will be observing the holiday on Monday, September 4.
The residential trash collection schedule for the week of the holiday is:
- Monday, September 4th: No trash pickup. Landfill closed.
The remainder of trash pickup will be behind one day. Trash pick-up begins at 6 a.m.
Recycling pickup in the City of Henderson is the week of Monday, September 4. It will be delayed by one day for that week only.
Changes in the normal trash collection schedule are also posted on the City of Henderson web site, hendersonky.gov. They are also posted on the City’s social media accounts.
