Colonels Dominate the Post for the Win

The Colonels came away with a 53-46 win against the Pike Central Chargers out of Petersburg, Indiana at Bosse High School in Evansville in the Bosse Winter Classic.

The leading scorers for the Chargers today were Julian Gish with 19 points and 7 rebounds while Quade Morton had 11 points and 6 rebounds. Chase Ridao had 10 points and 5 rebounds while Jiles Mason had 4 points and 2 rebounds. To round out the scoring, Aron Huchel had 2 points and 3 rebounds on the day.

The leading scorers for the Colonels today were Lacon McKinney with 14 points and 4 rebounds while Nick Belle had 11 points. Elijah Suggs had 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 blocks while Cooper Davenport had 5 points and 3 rebounds. Dwaine Moss had 4 points while Trajdon Davis had 4 points and 3 rebounds. Cole Branson had 2 points while Alec Satterfield had 2 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists on the day.

The Chargers shot 3 for 8 (38%) from the three point line to the Colonels 2 for 13 (15%). The Chargers shot 5 for 5 (100%) from the free throw line to the Colonels 7 for 13 (54%).  The Chargers had a total of 27 rebounds while the Colonels had 33 total rebounds. The Chargers committed 18 turnovers to the Colonels committing 13 turnovers on the day.

The Colonels improve to (5-0) on the season while the Chargers fall to (1-5).
