The Lady Colonels defeated the Greenwood Lady Gators, 52-36 at Allen County-Scottsville High School in the Lady Invitational of the South in Scottsville, Kentucky.

The leading scorers for the Lady Gators today were Avery Overmoble with 14 points and 11 rebounds while Leia Trinh had 9 points. Avery Martin had 4 points and 3 rebounds while JoJo McCorkie had 3 points. Gracyn Nalon had 2 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 blocks while Anzie Henfrix had 2 points. To round out the scoring, Abby Walker had 2 points on the day.

The leading scorers for the Lady Colonels today were Allyson Rideout with 16 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals while A’Tylia Green had 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Addy Gish had 8 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks while Brooklyn Gibson had 7 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals. Jersey Gardner Rashia Cansler had 6 points while Callie Burnett had 2 points. JaNyla Locher had 2 points while Azayah Hall had 1 point on the day.

The Lady Gators shot 5 for 8 (62%) from the free throw line to the Lady Colonels 2 for 4 (50%). The Lady Gators shot 1 for 18 (5%) from behind the three point line to the Lady Colonels 6 for 17 (35%). The Lady Gators had a total of 30 rebounds while the Lady Colonels had 32 total rebounds on the game. The Lady Gators recorded 4 assists, 4 blocks, and 5 steals while the Lady Colonels recorded 6 assists, 8 steals, and 7 blocks on the day. The Lady Gators committed 19 turnovers to the Lady Colonels committing 16 turnovers on the day.

The Lady Colonels improve to (7-4) on the season while the Lady Gators fall to (5-5).
