The Colonels would come away with a 9 point victory against the Evansville Central Bears, 58-49, at the Bear Den in Evansville.
The leading scorers for the Bears tonight was Landyn Richason with 13 points while Zaryen Moore had 10 points and 4 rebounds. Daveon Smitg had 10 points while Keaton Arrick had 6 points. Bryce Frank had 4 points while Kenyon Peoples had 4 points and 3 rebounds. To round out the scoring, Kyler Kirchoff had 2 points on the night.
The leading scorers for the Colonels tonight was Lacon McKinney with 15 points while Cooper Davenport had 11 points and 6 rebounds. Alec Satterfield had 10 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks while Max Thompson had 5 points and 3 rebounds. Dwaine Moss had 4 points while Yusef Sanogo-Kendrick had 4 points. Cole Branson scored 4 points while Nick Belle added 3 points. To round out the scoring, Elijah Suggs had 2 points and 3 blocks on the night.
The Bears shot 4 for 13 (31%) from the 3 point line to the Colonels 3 for 8 (38%). The Bears shot 5 for 9 (55%) from the free throw line to the Colonels 11 for 12 (92%). The Bears had a total of 17 rebounds while the Colonels had 26 total rebounds. The Bears committed 11 turnovers to the Colonels committing 13 turnovers on the night.
The Colonels improve to (14-3) on the season while the Bears fall to (6-9).
