The Lady Colonels came away with a 36 point win over the Webster County Lady Trojans, 55-19, at home at Colonel Gym.
The leading scorers for the Lady Trojans tonight was Jaycie Wright with 11 points and 3 rebounds while Hannah Yates had 2 points and 4 rebounds. Karsyn Cates had 2 points while Anna Dunn had 2 points. To round out the scoring, Malorie Austin scored 2 points and 3 rebounds on the night.
The leading scorers for the Lady Colonels tonight was Addy Gish with 12 points, 6 assists, and 3 steals while Brooklyn Gibson had 11 points and 9 rebounds. A’Tylia Green had 11 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists while Rashia Cansler had 9 points and 5 rebounds. Allyson Rideout had 6 points and 4 rebounds while Anna Kemp had 2 points. Azayah Hall had 2 points while JaNyla Locher had 2 points on the night.
The Lady Trojans shot 1 for 8 (13%) from the free throw line to the Lady Colonels 5 for 6 (83%). The Lady Trojans shot 2 for 12 (17%) from behind the three point line to the Lady Colonels 6 for 19 (32%). The Lady Trojans had a total of 23 rebounds while the Lady Colonels had 33 total rebounds in the game. The Lady Colonels recorded 15 assists, 8 steals, and 3 blocks. The Lady Trojans committed 15 turnovers to the Lady Colonels committing 4 turnovers on the night.
The Lady Colonels improve to (17-6) on the season while the Lady Trojans fall to (4-20).
