The Lady Colonels came away with a 26 point win over the Union County Bravettes, 54-28, on the road at Dr Doug Hines Gym in Morganfield.
The leading scorers for the Bravettes tonight was Annie Beaven with 9 points and 5 rebounds while Lillian Goodloe had 7 points. Paige Steward had 6 points and 3 rebounds while Ella Gough had 3 points and 3 rebounds. Jaci Curry scored 2 points while Paisley Eckman had 1 point on the night.
The leading scorers for the Lady Colonels tonight was Allyson Rideout with 19 points and 11 rebounds while Brooklyn Gibson Addy Gish had 11 points and 4 rebounds. Brooklyn Gibson had 9 points while A’Tylia Green had 7 points. Rashia Cansler had 4 points while Anna Kemp had 4 points and 3 rebounds on the night.
The Bravettes shot 8 for 15 (53%) from the free throw line to the Lady Colonels 10 for 11 (90%). The Bravettes shot 2 for 9 (22%) from behind the three point line to the Lady Colonels 6 for 14 (43%). The Bravettes had a total of 23 rebounds while the Lady Colonels had 29 total rebounds in the game. The Bravettes committed 19 turnovers to the Lady Colonels committing 7 turnovers on the night.
The Lady Colonels improve to (18-6) on the season while the Bravettes fall to (12-10).
