The Colonels would suffer their 5th loss of the season, 2nd in a row, with a 13 point loss on the road against the Owensboro Red Devils, 71-59, in Owensboro.

The leading scorers for the Red Devils was Keaton Hughes with 30 points, 16 rebounds, and 4 blocks while Dayshaun Sanders had 15 points, 6 assists, and 3 rebounds. Michael Acton had 13 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds while Will Hume had 6 points and 3 rebounds. Kaijah Green scored 6 points while Will Rickard added 2 points and 4 assists on the night.

The leading scorers for the Colonels was Cooper Davenport with 19 points, 5 steals, and 3 assists while Alec Satterfield had 11 points and 6 assists. Yusef Sanogo-Kendrick had 9 points and 5 rebounds while Nick Belle had 8 points and 3 steals. Max Thompson had 6 points and 5 rebounds while Cole Branson had 2 points and 3 steals. Braden Williams had 2 points while Lacon McKinney scored 2 points on the night.

The Red Devils shot 29 for 46 (63%) from the field while the Colonels shot 23 for 58 (40%). The Red Devils shot 4 for 12 (33%) from the 3 point line to the Colonels 6 for 18 (33%). The Red Devils shot 10 for 13 (77%) from the free throw line to the Colonels 7 for 10 (70%). The Red Devils had a total of 34 rebounds while the Colonels had 21 total rebounds. The Red Devils recorded 22 assists, 5 steals, and 4 blocks while the Colonels recorded 13 assists and 13 steals. The Red Devils committed 18 turnovers to the Colonels committing 8 turnovers on the night.

The Colonels fall to (21-5) on the season while the Red Devils improve to (12-12).
