The Henderson County Codes Administrator Randy Tasa said the following permits were issued last month in Henderson County: two room additions, one commercial permit for two new gas station canopies, two demolition permits, and three permits for garage/ accessory buildings.
The City of Corydon issued the following permits in February: one permit for a new house in February (Sarah Epley 430 Hancock St. Corydon, KY 42406 permit for new residence 1,735sqft and estimated cost of $175,000. Constructed by Hugh Stone and Sons).
The City of Corydon issued the following March permits: one new garage(Steven Hagan 516 7th St., Corydon, KY 42406, 1200 sq ft post frame garage, estimated cost of $21,000.) & Permit for a new house(Josh Waggener, 406 3rd St., Corydon, KY 42406, 2,374 sq ft house, estimated cost of $250,000.
