HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) released a high water report as of 7 a.m. on April 15.

According to KYTC, after several sunny days, water is starting to recede on roads. Several of the previously reported closed roadways have now reopened.

KYTC says here are the following roadways that have reopened:

  • Daviess County
    • KY 298 from the 2 to 3-mile markers, or between Pettit Road and Burton Road
    • KY 762 from the 1-mile marker to the Ohio County line.
  • Webster County
    • KY 138 from 10.6-10.8-mile marker

KYTC says here are the roads currently blocked by water:

  • Henderson County
    • KY 136 from the 0 to 5-mile marker
    • KY 3522 at Ellis Park
  • Union County
    • KY 130 from the 15.7 to 16-mile marker
    • KY 667 from the 1 to 11-mile marker
    • KY 1452 from the 0 to 1.9-mile marker
    • KY 1637 from the 0 to 2.9-mile marker
