A South Alves Street home was engulfed in flames early Wednesday morning.
At approximately 2:48 a.m. Wednesday, Henderson Fire Department said they were dispatched to a report of a porch on fire, with fire spreading inside a house located at 34 South Alves Street.
Upon arrival, firefighters aggressively attacked the fire.
Henderson Fire Department said a family of six was able to escape the two-story house. No serious injuries were reported.
