Payne stressed commitment to a pro-business, pro-education, and pro-agriculture voting record with a focus on bringing a new generation’s perspective to the legislature.
“I believe Kentucky students deserve a quality education at all levels, which is the key to a thriving economy,” he said. “I believe that the tradition of Kentucky agriculture is worth protecting and our farmland should be treated like the limited resource that it is. And I believe that young people deserve a seat at the table as we work to make Kentucky competitive in a global market.”
Payne serves on the AI Task Force.
In an era of increasing political division, Payne said he is proud to be an incumbent who leads with passion and positivity.
“I stand strong for conservative Kentucky values, while still treating the neighbors who disagree with respect and dignity,” Payne said. “My work for Kentucky is just getting started. I am proud of the results already delivered, and I look forward to continuing to work hard for District 11.”
