Henderson Sheriff’s Office investigating fatal crash on U.S. 41A

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on U.S. 41A early Saturday morning.

A Dodge Durango left the roadway and flipped multiple times at about 1:47 a.m. Saturday.

The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Responding agencies included the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, Henderson County Rescue Squad, Cairo Fire Department, Henderson Fire Department, Deaconess EMS, and the Henderson County Coroner’s Office.
