Questions regarding the Master Commissioner Sales process should be directed to the Office of Master Commissioner at (270) 830-7881.

For the first time since the City began its mass foreclosure program, all parcels included in this initial sale have reached judgment and will be offered at the same time. This sale follows the mass foreclosure action filed earlier this year, which targeted properties across the community with significant delinquent taxes, code enforcement liens, and long-standing neglect. Through this process, the City continues its work to reduce blight, stabilize neighborhoods, and create opportunities for new housing and reinvestment.

Mayor Brad Staton emphasized both the progress and continued impact of the program.

“This is an important step forward for our community. Seeing all of these properties move to sale at once shows that the process is working. Each parcel represents an opportunity to remove blight, support new housing, and continue building momentum in our neighborhoods.”
