FRANKFORT, KY. – The Kentucky State Police Foundation has launched its 250 for $250 Campaign, a statewide fundraising initiative designed to honor America’s upcoming 250th anniversary while supporting the men and women of the Kentucky State Police and advancing the Foundation’s mission across the Commonwealth.
The campaign seeks to recruit 250 supporters to contribute $250 each, creating a collective investment in programs and initiatives that strengthen public safety, support agency personnel and their families, and enhance the Kentucky State Police Foundation’s impact throughout Kentucky.
Supporters who participate will be recognized as Founding Supporters of the 250 for $250 Campaign, joining an exclusive group of individuals committed to preserving the values of service, sacrifice, and community that have defined our nation for nearly 250 years.
“For 250 years, America has been strengthened by those willing to serve something greater than themselves,” said Alison Chavies, Executive Director of the Kentucky State Police Foundation. “Through the 250 for $250 Campaign, we are inviting Kentuckians to honor that legacy by investing in the men and women who continue to serve our Commonwealth every day. Together, we can ensure the Kentucky State Police Foundation remains a strong partner in supporting public safety, personnel wellness, and programs that make a lasting impact across Kentucky.”
For generations, law enforcement officers have served as protectors of communities and guardians of public safety, carrying forward the ideals of duty, responsibility, and service that have sustained our nation since its founding. Through their daily commitment to protecting others, they uphold a legacy that continues to strengthen communities across the Commonwealth.
The 250 for $250 Campaign celebrates that tradition while offering Kentuckians an opportunity to stand alongside those who serve. Funds raised through the campaign will help advance the Foundation’s mission by supporting programs that enhance public safety, promote personnel wellness, provide critical resources, and strengthen connections between the Kentucky State Police and the communities they serve.
The campaign runs from May 26 through July 5, 2026.
