Why are you running for office? I am running because I believe in helping people, and that belief has guided my entire legal career. For nearly two decades, I have practiced law here in Henderson, working on both sides of the courtroom as a public defender, prosecutor, and private attorney. Those experiences have given me a deep respect for the people who come before the court, the staff who keep it running, and the responsibility judges have to apply the law fairly and thoughtfully. While no system is perfect, I believe our justice system works best when it is fair, accessible, and grounded in common sense, and I would be honored to serve our community as our next judge.

If elected to office, what would be your top three goals?

1. Impartial decision-making – judges are required to rule on issues without
regard to outside factors. This will always be a top priority.

2. Fairness to everyone involved – everyone who comes to court, and those
who are affected by the judicial system, should have a voice.

3. Maintaining order and efficiency – knowledge of the District Court process
in each area of the law will allow me to make a smooth transition to the bench
so that cases are moving through the system efficiently.

Why should people vote for you? I want for our community what I want for my own family: fairness, safety, and security. I want to ensure that our next judge is knowledgeable, has the right experience, and shows respect to those who come before the court. I want to ensure that our next judge can hold people accountable while understanding how certain decisions impact the
lives of those involved. I am ready and willing to step up to fulfill those responsibilities, and I respectfully ask for your vote on November 3rd.

Please feel free to add an additional comment. Henderson County has shaped my life and my career, and I am deeply grateful for the people and community that have welcomed and supported me along the way. No matter the outcome, I will continue working to serve this community with fairness, dedication, and heart
