Parents: Terrie (Embry) Crocker and David Noller.

What is your professional background? (Please include career and any boards and volunteer work).
14 years of public service in the legal field in Henderson County and the surrounding counties. I was Deputy Public Advocate at the Department of Public Advocacy; Staff Attorney at the Department of Child Services and currently Deputy Public Defender at Vanderburgh County Public Defender Agency.

Why are you running for office? Because Henderson is home.
I’m running because I believe the people of Henderson County deserve a judge who knows this community, understands the people who live here, and is committed to treating everyone who walks into the courtroom with dignity, respect and fairness.
As a defense attorney, I have seen firsthand how much the decisions made in the courtroom can affect individuals, families, and our community. I’ve seen people who need accountability, and I’ve seen people who need a second chance, guidance, or simply someone to listen.
If elected, I will bring my experience as an attorney, my commitment to fairness, and my love for the community to the bench.
I’m not running because I want a title. I’m running because I want to serve the community that raised me.
I would be honored to serve Henderson County as your next District Court Judge.
If elected to office, what would be your top three goals?
1. A Court that treats everyone with dignity and respect. If elected, everyone who walks into my courtroom will be treated fairly, respectfully, and with compassion. I will listen to both sides, follow the law, and make decisions based on facts- no on who someone is or where they come from.
2. A Court that is fair, efficient, and accountable. People deserve a court system that works. I will strive to keep cases moving, be prepared, make timely decisions, and ensure that everyone has a meaningful opportunity to be heard. Fairness and efficiency can-and should- go hand and hand.
3. A Court that recognizes people, not just cases. Every case involves real people, real families and real consequences. When someone needs accountability, there should be accountability. But when someone needs help, I believe the court should recognize that too- while staying within the law and maintaining impartiality required of a judge.
Why should people vote for you?
People should vote for me because I’m not running for a title- I’m running to serve the community I call home. I care deeply about the people and families who make this community what it is. As a criminal defense attorney with 14 years of public service experience, I’ve spent my career in the courtroom advocating for people, listening to their stories and understanding the law.
I know that when people walk into a courtroom, they aren’t just names on a file. They are mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, grandparents, neighbors and members of our community.
As your District Court Judge, I will bring experience, fairness, integrity, compassion and common sense to the bench. I will follow the law, make decisions based on facts- not personalities or politics- and treat every person who comes before me with the dignity and respect they deserve.
I believe accountability matters. I also believe people deserve to be heard, and that sometimes someone needs a path forward- not simply consequences.
Most importantly, I will never forget who I’m serving.
Henderson is home. And I’m asking for your vote to serve the community I love. Vote Lindsey Noller Turner for District Judge, Division 1 on November 3!

Serving my community in the capacity of District Judge would be one of the greatest honors of my life. I’m proud to call Henderson home, and would be truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of Henderson County.
